Mobile Game Service Terms and Conditions

Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of this agreement is to stipulate the needs of developers and service users for the use of game services provided by mobile devices through SAPZARU GAMES (hereinafter referred to as developers).
 
Article 2 (Operation Policy)
① Users can use the game service free of charge without a separate membership process.
② The user must not reproduce or manipulate the game.
 
 
Chapter 2 Personal Information Management
 
Article 3 (protection and use of personal information)
① The developer does not acquire and use any personal information other than the information required by the Google game service.
 
 
Chapter 3 Obligations of the Party
 
Article 4 (developer's obligations)
① Developers do not require important personal information (including credit information) so that members can safely use the service.
 
Article 5 (Obligations to use)
① We do not change the application, add or insert other programs into the application, or leak or change source code or application data. 

Chapter 4 service use and use restriction
 
Article 6 (use of service)
① If the game service is necessary for operation due to system inspection and server operation, use may be restricted.
 
Article 7 (service change and suspension)
① Developers can change and stop services according to operational or technical needs to provide smooth services.
 
Article 8 (collection of information, etc.)
① Developers can collect and utilize mobile device information (setting, specifications, operating system, version, etc.) excluding user's personal information to improve service quality.
 
Article 9 (provision of advertisement)
① Developers can post advertisements in the game in relation to the operation of the service.
② In the service provided by the developer, it may be connected to advertisements or services provided by others through banners or links.
③ When connected to advertisements or services provided by others in accordance with paragraph 2, the service provided in the relevant area does not guarantee the reliability, stability, etc. of the developer, and the developer is not responsible for any damages to the user.
